I help you reconnect with your body and mind through mindful breathing and movement.

Founder & Teacher– Samatvam Yoga Shaala, Mysore

My journey with yoga began not as a career choice, but as a quiet inner calling that grew stronger after my son turned two.

In 2016, I began practising yoga seriously. Within just four months, my teacher recognised my dedication and invited me to start teaching—an unexpected moment that changed the direction of my life. What began as an opportunity soon became my purpose.

Since 2021, yoga has been my full-time path. Today, I bring over 6+ years of teaching experience, grounded in traditional learning and modern application.

RYT 1000 hrs – Bharatha Yoga (IndeaYoga Shaale), Mysore

YIC 300 hrs – S-VYASA, Bengaluru

WYORT 500 hrs – Power Yoga
